LAKER ATHLETES - Sport physicals are required BEFORE you can begin practice for Fall sports.  The new yellow MHSAA form is a MUST.  NO OTHER forms will be accepted.  Forms are available in the Athletic Office Monday-Thursday from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm.
