Little Laker Drama 2010 "The Kids from Camelot"

Little Laker Drama had a jolly old time in Camelot this month.  Over 50 students were involved on and off stage, as our Little Laker Drama presented “The Kids From Camelot”.  We saw Rhonda the wandering minstrel, (Jenna Dolezan) tell the story of how King Arthur (Leo Carmody) and Queen Guinivere (Amelia Marciniak) watched over five Pages (Will Zay, Joey McNerney, Nick Morris, Luke Chapman and Thomas Zwiller) as they saved Lady Katherine (Madelyn Markoch) from Morgan LeFey (Lizzie Stolte). T he Pages had help from Merlin the Magician (Matthew Tan), and even the girls in the court (Addie Lah, Julia Adent, Jayden Berrios, Sky Stockton, Cici Strickler, Megan Yacobozzi, Angela Garavalia, Mia Salvano, and Emily Zilke).  They had to fight off the Grouchlinks (Pete Hassett, Roberto Cuardo, Jack Pender and Evan O’Malley), but no one really got hurt and it will all turned out pretty well in the end.  Rounding out the cast and crew were: Carson Brandt, Chloe Mills, Adriana Pierangeli, Carter Yacobozzi, Claire LaSata, Aidan Zwiller, Myah Frazier, Lexie Gaska, Noah Tan, Katrina Cordes, Kaela Groppel, Chas LaSata, Oliver Carmody, Claire Duris, Bella Finnigan, Eva Schley, Emily Stringer, Jacob Zay, Emily Camburn, Gabe Brunner, Max Busch, Will McCoy, Nick Moen, Abby Salvano, Anthony Strickler, Anna LaSata, Jeff Martinic, Peter Morris, Grant DeFrancesco, and Sarah Kessler.

The elementary school students were helped again this year by the Laker Drama Club members, who helped direct scenes, teach music and dance, create the set, props and costumes and will even play the music for the show.  The MS/HS staff included: Amy Birk, Ben Blubaugh, Jordan Hatfield, Sarah Stolte, Eric Hermann, Zac Zellmer, Mitch Birk, John Golob, Dan Hoffman, Nic Zellmer, Juliet Golob, Avalon Zellmer, Blake Edmonds, Patrick Pjesky, Chad Roden, Gina Garavalia, Reese Choi, Nealie Andrews, Caitlin Rifenberg, Shane Gallagher, Hailey Bruce, Megan Cecil, Christa Marzke, Annie Marzke Valerie Miller, Janine Golob, Andrew Duris and Grace Smith. We’d like to thank them and all of the parents who helped us produce this show.
