Miss Coloma - Heather Bartels

Lake Michigan Catholic senior Heather Bartels was crowned Miss Coloma 2007 out of a field of 11 contestants at the Lake Michigan College Mendel Center on January 20th.

Heather is student body president and is on the honor roll, the National Honor Society, and is an Academic All-Conference member.  Among her other activities are Key Club, Junior Lions Club, Pep Club, Youth Advisory Council, Youth to Youth, Discipleship Leader, Liturgical Club, Class Council, and yearbook editor.  After graduation, Heather plans to attend Lake Michigan College to study for a degree in radiology.

In the Blossomtime Pageant, Heather was awarded a $500 scholarship for selling the most "good luck" ads in the pageant program.

Heather is the daughter of Guy and Tina Bartels.  Congratulations Heather!
